You'll work with federal civilians, military officers, veterans, enlisted/NCO personnel, and professionals with previous U.S. government experience. 🔹 Key Responsibilities 🔎 Manage full-cycle recruiting for cleared positions 👥 Build and maintain pipelines of security-cleared talent 🎯 Source candidates through specialized platforms such as ClearanceJobs and ClearedJobs.net 🎖️ Connect with military transition networks including SkillBridge, TAP, and Hiring Our Heroes 🛡️ Screen candidates for clearance level, status, and eligibility 📋 Coordinate clearance verification with Facility Security Officers (FSOs) and security offices 🎖️ Translate military experience, including MOS/rate and service history, into relevant job qualifications 🤝 Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver an excellent candidate experience ⭐ Requirements ✔️ 5–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience ✔️ Significant experience recruiting for cleared, defense, or government-contracting roles ✔️ Proven success sourcing and placing security-cleared candidates ✔️ Strong understanding of U.S. security clearances, including: 🔐 Secret 🔐 TS 🔐 TS/SCI 🔐 Polygraph ✔️ Knowledge of clearance reactivation windows, reciprocity, and compliance boundaries ✔️ Ability to understand military/veteran backgrounds and MOS/rate classifications ✔️ Experience working with FSOs or security offices ✔️ Excellent sourcing, screening, and stakeholder-management skills ✔️ Strong written and verbal communication ✔️ Highly organized and metrics-oriented 🇺🇸 Must be a U.S.-based recruitment professional 🎯 Preferred Qualifications ⭐ Experience recruiting for Maritime/Navy, Drone/UAS, or Combat Operations ⭐ Previous experience as a military recruiter, FSO, or veteran ⭐ Familiarity with contingent, project-based, or RPO staffing models ⭐ Defense or federal-sector recruiting experience 🚀 Apply Now!
