This opportunity is particularly suited to professionals with substantial direct patient-care experience with military and/or veteran populations, including board-certified psychiatrists who have completed residency and clinical psychologists with a completed PhD. 🧠 Scope of Work As a Military/Veteran Mental Health Expert, you will: Review and evaluate mental health materials, case studies, and simulated patient interactions relevant to military and veteran populations. Provide expert feedback to improve AI models' understanding of clinical best practices. Analyze diagnostic processes and therapeutic approaches. Create, edit, and curate prompts, responses, and scenarios based on real-world challenges faced by military and veteran patients. Identify specialized terminology, cultural nuances, and communication techniques important for effective mental health support. Participate in virtual discussions and consultation sessions. Document findings, recommendations, and potential improvements clearly and professionally. Ensure all contributions meet high standards for clinical accuracy, relevance, and sensitivity. 📋 Preferred Qualifications Candidates should have: A medical degree with completed psychiatry residency, or a PhD in psychology. Demonstrated direct patient-care experience with military and/or veteran populations. Strong knowledge of conditions commonly affecting service members and veterans, including: Trauma PTSD TBI Adjustment disorders Other military and veteran mental health conditions Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
