You’ll use your experience in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) to analyze inspection data, evaluate welds and components, and provide technically accurate feedback that helps train next-generation AI systems. 🔑 Key Skills 🔬 Radiographic Testing (RT) Interpretation 📡 Ultrasonic Testing (UT/PAUT) 🧲 Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) 🧪 Penetrant Testing (PT) 📋 Weld Defect Evaluation 📚 ASME Section V 🏭 API 510 / API 653 🔍 Weld Acceptance Criteria 🌡️ Thermography 👁️ Remote Visual Inspection (RVI) 📌 Responsibilities • Analyze and interpret radiographic images (RT) • Evaluate ultrasonic and PAUT scans • Review MT/PT test indications • Review authentic inspection data and provide technical evaluations • Apply relevant codes and standards, including ASME Section V and API 510/653 • Evaluate weld defects and provide code-based disposition recommendations • Review thermographic images and RVI footage when required • Prepare clear and technically accurate inspection reports • Document findings, reasoning, and recommended actions • Collaborate remotely with technical experts to resolve complex indications • Contribute to improving project procedures and inspection protocols 🎓 Requirements ✅ Active ASNT or ISO 9712 NDT Level II/III certification in relevant methods ✅ Minimum 8 years of NDT interpretation experience ✅ Experience with RT, UT/PAUT, MT/PT and related NDT data ✅ Experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or power sectors preferred ✅ Strong knowledge of US and international codes and standards ✅ Knowledge of ASME Section V, VIII, XI ✅ Knowledge of API 510, 570, 653 and API 1104 ✅ Knowledge of AWS D1.1 ✅ Experience making code-based accept/reject determinations ✅ Excellent technical writing and communication skills ✅ Ability to work independently in a remote environment ⭐ Experience with thermography or RVI data is a plus. 💵 Compensation $70 – $110 per hour 📩 How to Apply Apply Now
