💼 About the Role

Align Technology is seeking a Creative Production Designer to support its EMEA Marketing team with day-to-day creative production and operational design tasks.

The role focuses on executing design requests using existing brand guidelines, templates, and creative materials rather than leading high-level creative strategy or brand concept development.

You will help the internal design team manage increasing creative demands by producing digital and print assets, resizing graphics, preparing mockups, formatting presentations, and adapting existing designs.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

  • Create and adapt creative assets for digital and print platforms.
  • Format layouts, resize designs, and prepare mockups.
  • Maintain consistent use of company brand guidelines.
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, and Microsoft Office.
  • Update creative materials based on stakeholder feedback.
  • Support recurring design and production tasks.
  • Organize design files and manage multiple projects.
  • Meet deadlines while maintaining design quality.
  • Support basic video editing and motion graphics when required.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, production design, or marketing design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Experience creating digital and print design assets.
  • Ability to work with existing templates and brand guidelines.
  • Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Figma, Microsoft Office, and project management tools such as Asana.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Access to personal hardware and required design software.

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting international marketing teams.
  • Experience in healthcare, medical devices, dental, or consumer health brands.
  • Basic video editing and motion graphics experience.
  • Experience working with distributed or outsourced creative teams.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across EMEA time zones.

This is a remote freelance contract. Poland-based candidates are preferred, and candidates based in Latin America (LATAM) are also welcome.
