Role Overview
Turing is looking for experienced Financial Consulting professionals to work with its researchers to improve the performance of AI models. Candidates will use their expertise in transaction advisory, valuation services, restructuring, and strategic finance consulting to evaluate and train AI systems.
No previous AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI language models on business valuation, due diligence, financial restructuring, and forensic accounting.
- Create evaluation guidelines for purchase price allocation, impairment testing, working capital analysis, and financial risk assessment.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and finance experts to improve training methods, evaluation strategies, and benchmarks.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in Financial Consulting.
- Experience in Big 4 advisory, transaction services, valuation, restructuring, or finance-focused management consulting.
- Strong understanding of valuation methodologies and due diligence frameworks.
- Knowledge of financial restructuring and advisory engagement management.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Bonus Qualifications (Not Required)
- CFA Level I, II, or III.
- CA or CPA qualification.
- ABV certification.
- MBA in Finance.
