About the Opportunity

Micro1 is looking for skilled Frontend / UI Engineers to create challenging coding tasks based on screenshots, diagrams, UI mockups, and screen recordings of real workflows.

This is a project-based opportunity. Each task takes approximately 8 hours, with payment provided per approved task. The opportunity offers an estimated $80–$100 per hour equivalent.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Create multi-step coding tasks based on screenshots, UI mockups, diagrams, and screen recordings.
  2. Explain the required code, files, and expected behavior.
  3. Define clear and objective success criteria.
  4. Build a working reference implementation.
  5. Review other contributors' tasks for technical accuracy.
  6. Identify tasks that are ambiguous or cannot be properly evaluated.

Who Can Apply?

  • Applicants must have a public GitHub profile with substantial, verifiable contributions.
  • Strong frontend development experience with React, TypeScript, or similar technologies.
  • Ability to read, modify, debug, and validate real application code.
  • Good written English and clear technical communication skills.
  • Experience with UI, graphics, SVG, or Canvas is an advantage.
  • AI evaluation, data labeling, or rubric-based review experience is a plus.
