Role Overview
Turing is looking for experienced Growth Equity professionals to work with its researchers to improve the performance of AI models. Candidates will apply their expertise in evaluating high-growth companies, revenue scaling analysis, and minority or majority investment structuring to evaluate and train AI systems.
No previous AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI models on growth-stage company valuation, unit economics analysis, and investment memo writing.
- Create evaluation guidelines for revenue build modeling, cohort analysis, SaaS metrics, and growth-round deal structuring.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and finance experts to improve training methods, evaluation strategies, and benchmarks.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in Growth Equity.
- Experience in growth-stage investing, late-stage venture capital, or growth-focused private equity funds.
- Strong understanding of growth-stage valuation and unit economics.
- Knowledge of scaling metrics and investment structuring for minority and majority stakes.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Bonus Qualifications (Not Required)
- CFA Level I, II, or III.
- MBA in Finance.
- Experience in high-growth operating roles.
