About the Opportunity

micro1 is looking for highly skilled Machine Learning Experts to contribute to an AI training project involving model development, training and inference systems, numerical computing, performance optimization, and Python programming.

This is a coding-intensive opportunity where experts will create, solve, review, and validate challenging machine-learning engineering tasks.

What You Will Work On

  • Develop and validate machine-learning models, training pipelines, and inference systems.
  • Implement model components, data pipelines, evaluation systems, and numerical methods.
  • Build reproducible workflows using Python and command-line tools.
  • Modify and optimize models for memory usage and processing speed.
  • Debug numerical and system-level failures.
  • Verify implementations against correctness and performance requirements.

Required Qualifications

Work Schedule

Compensation Structure

Pay Range: $60–$120 per hour.
