  • Understand and analyze legacy .NET applications and existing architecture.
  • Plan and execute safe, incremental modernization.
  • Write and review production-quality code.
  • Use AI coding tools responsibly for development.
  • Build regression tests and improve software reliability.
  • Manage releases and rollback plans.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and business experts.
  • Identify technical risks and communicate solutions.

🎯 Required Experience

  • 8–10+ years of professional C#/.NET experience.
  • Strong experience with .NET Framework 4.x.
  • Experience migrating large production systems to modern .NET.
  • Solid MongoDB experience, including version and driver upgrades.
  • Experience working with large legacy codebases.
  • Knowledge of automated testing and regression safety.
  • Daily experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
  • Strong communication and independent problem-solving skills.
