About the Opportunity

micro1 is hiring a Strategic Project Lead, Coding/SWE, to manage coding data pipelines used to train advanced AI models.

In this role, you will work with AI Lab clients, software engineering experts, reviewers, and internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery, efficient workflows, and successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage end-to-end delivery of coding data pipelines, ensuring quality, timelines, and client alignment.
  2. Improve workflow automation, including task generation, validation, quality control, and reporting.
  3. Coordinate with technical experts, reviewers, MTS, and clients.
  4. Define task specifications, golden samples, and review rubrics.
  5. Monitor pipeline performance, including quality, average handling time (AHT), throughput, and delivery metrics.
  6. Drive continuous improvement using client feedback, audits, and performance data.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering and coding fundamentals.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading technical projects, operations, or complex data workflows.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to convert client requirements into technical specifications and scalable workflows.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ownership mindset with a focus on automation and execution.

Salary and Benefits
