Role Overview
Turing is looking for experienced Venture Capital professionals to work with AI researchers and help improve the performance of AI models. Candidates will use their knowledge of startup evaluation, funding rounds, cap table management, and early-stage market analysis to evaluate and train AI systems.
No previous AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI language models on startup valuation, term sheet analysis, cap table modeling, and market sizing.
- Create evaluation guidelines for early-stage company due diligence, funding round structuring, and VC portfolio construction.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and finance experts to improve training methods, evaluation strategies, and benchmarks.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in Venture Capital.
- Experience in seed or Series A–C investing, VC fund operations, or startup advisory.
- Strong understanding of startup valuation methods.
- Knowledge of term sheet negotiation, cap table mechanics, and venture fund economics.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Bonus Qualifications (Not Required)
- CFA Level I, II, or III.
- MBA in Finance.
- Operational experience at a high-growth startup.
